Eccles and his staff have been serving the community of Dundas and the
surrounding area since 1984. Eccles Auto Service Inc. is a family owned
and operated business that focuses on exceptional service and quality
workmanship. From day one, our policy has been to provide professional
service and install only quality parts.
We service all makes
and models including new and current model year vehicles. This is
only possible with qualified training and accurate up-to-date
information, tools and equipment. All of our technicians have
computer work stations at their toolbox for the purpose of accessing
computerized vehicle information systems. This provides
them with vital information to diagnose and repair your vehicle and
replaces the hundreds of manuals the shop had in the past. We can handle
all of your automotive service needs from emissions tests to alignments.
We do all general repairs and specialize in computer diagnostics.
Batteries, brakes or tires we have it covered and can even have your car
detailed! We're certain you will enjoy our newly renovated customer
service area which is clean and spacious and designed with our clients
in mind.
In 2001, two of our technicians,
Jeff Taylor and David Jaggard, competed against hundreds of other
technicians in the AC Delco Technician of the Millennium competition.
Both finished in the top five (no facility has ever had two technicians
finish in the top five before) to qualify for the semi finals of the
competition. Jeff Taylor took first place in the Central Canadian
division and went on to compete in Charlotte NC. He finished top
Canadian and fifth overall in North America.
In that same year, the automotive
magazine SSGM. (Service Station & Garage Management) awarded Eccles Auto
Service Inc with the honour of being Canada's
2001 Garage Of The Year. The entire staff not only feels
honoured to obtain this award but proud of the symbol of accomplishment
it represents. In 2003 Eccles Auto Service received a property
excellence award from the city of Hamilton. Jeff Taylor won the central
Canadian division of the Technician of the Millennium III and David
Jaggard finished 4th. Jeff went on to compete in Las Vegas and finished
in 4th place overall!! In 2006
We
have always been a strong supporter of community events and activities
and regularly sponsor local hockey teams.

Second only
to a house, the automobile is the most expensive investment the average
consumer will make. We believe this investment should be treated with
the quality of service it deserves. Don't be fooled by low advertised
prices or low labour rates. A quality service facility will always have
labour rates that allow for the constant upgrades of equipment and staff
training as required. All good repair facilities are reinvesting in
their business to stay on top of an ever changing industry. When looking
for a facility, ask if you can see how their technician locates specs
and information to diagnose and repair your vehicle. You may be
surprised with the results to that question. Nothing is more true in the
automotive service industry than the old adage, "you get what you pay
for". |
